The free audit

The audit is free, with no payment and no obligation. The written report is yours to keep whether or not we ever work together.

Agency services

Engagements are scoped in writing before any money moves: what ships, the tier, and the timeline. New clients typically start with a 90-day pilot.

We report honestly every month, including what did not work. What we never do is guarantee rankings, citations, or traffic numbers: nobody controls Google or the AI engines, and anyone promising otherwise is the reason this paragraph exists.

Pulse subscriptions

Pulse is billed monthly through our payment provider, with no contract. Cancel anytime; the reports stop at the end of the paid period and your founding price, if you hold one, is released.

Founding-cohort prices stay locked for as long as the subscription stays active and continuously held.

Pulse reports are diagnosis: our best reading of measured data. Acting on them is your call, and outcomes from acting or not acting are yours.

If a billing charge looks wrong, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will sort it out like adults.

Fair use and good faith

Pulse plan caps (sites, prompts, keywords) are what they say. Reselling Pulse reports as your own product needs our written agreement first.

The frame

Once Be Found operates from Bangkok, Thailand, and these terms are governed by Thai law. If a dispute ever arrives, we talk first; most things are an email, not a courtroom.

If these terms change materially, subscribers hear about it directly and the date below moves.
